Thames, this day. Dbbp Letbl Cross.—Tho leader at the COO-feet level will not bo broken through in a day or two, owing to the necessity for stripping a fair extent of it. It is lying very flat, and was first struck in the roof of the cross-cut. The stone of which it ia composed is of a most kindly description, and impregnated with auriferous minerals. The backs at the point of intersection ara not very great, but will increase rapidly as the drive about to bo commenced on the lode progresses southward. New Prince Imperial.—Tho value of this Company's property is materially enhanced by discovery of gold in the Crosa ground, the leader being within less than 80 feet of the boundary and overlapping into the Company's ground. * New Manukau. —About 20 tons of quarts from No. 2 reef and hanging-wall leader ara on hand, and will be crushed next week. Moanataiari.—Quailly, tributer, haa banked sozs. 4dwts. of gold. New Corbv.—The manager reports that the reef in the maiu face has taken a great bend to the westward, and is much split up, but thero is more quartz making in tha face.
London.-The manager reports that no gold has yet been seen in No. 1 reef in eastr ' drive, In the intermediate level east good S,' dabs of gold nre seen. Tho reef in inter- 9 mediate level west is smaller, but shows strong dabs of gold. A trial crushing of five loads from the hanging-wall portion of 1 the reef produced ISdwts. gold.
