Mr Bolan, late Inspector-General of Schools, died suddenly yesterday. Floods in Queensland. Brisbane, this day.—Heavy rains, followed by disastrous floods, have been experienced at Townsville. Four Chinamen havo been drowned, and two other persons' aro missing.
