St. Jacob's OU Invincible. (To the Editor of Evening Star.) Dear Sir, —I wish to add my testimony to the efficacy of tho great German remedy, St. Jacob's Oil. Your columns have contained, from time to time, expressions of gratitude from persons of known respectability, aDd having satisfied myself of the genuineness of th« cures effected, I obtained a bottle, scarcely hoping it would bucceed in relieving me. For the past seven months I havo suffered severely from a painful attack of sciatica, which, in spite of the moat able treatment on the part of my medical adviser, continued to hold its own in my system. My sleep at last began to he affected, and my whole system very much reduced. The most careful treatment failed to give me relief, and I then applied nearly every advertised remedy. Tho sciatica was principally located in my left thigh, and the pain at times was moat excruciating. In spite of the most thorough applications, and the greatest care and attention on my part, I obtained no appreciable relief, and at last, as a forlorn hope, I determined to apply St. Jacobs Oil, and from that time the pain began to diminish. My sleep soon returned, and each application afforded me relief. At first I regarded the cessation from pain as only a temporary one, searoely daring to hope that the cure was complete; but I have gratefully to acknowledge that I am now free from pain—in fact, a man again. I must confess that I tried the Oil in abso lute despair. I had had no sleep for three or four nights previously, and my system was very low. The success, however, is complete, and I again tender my grateful acknowledgments to the proprietors of the Oil, and shall ever continue to recommend it to every sufferer who comes within range of my influence. What medical skill failed to do St. Jacob's Oil effected, and I regard it as the greatest boon of the age. I am, dear Sir, Yours faithfully, John Lee. Ashbourne, Mudgee, November 12,1883. " Dear Sirs,—About a fortnight ago I had a severe attack of rhucmatism in my back, which gave me no end of pain and trouble. I used St. Jacob's Oil, and in one or two applications the pain entirely left Since then I have had occa aion to use the Oil on a badly-sprained wrist, and its effect was simply magical. My wife ha 3 uned it for neuralgia in the head, with unually satisfactory results. I consider St Jacob's Oil aval liable preparation, and shall not only use it in my own house, but shall recommend my friends to do so. " Yours truly, "IV. P. Booth." IT CONQUERS PAIN.
