Telegrams from Souakim state that the British troops forming tho oxpodition for the relief of Tokar nro assembling at llasmahdi, but that an adequate garrison lias been left at Souakim. London, February 13. Colonel Butler has beon placed second in command to Major - General Sir Gerald Graham of tho troops despatched from Cairo to Souakim. Public Agitation in England.
