Gordon Pasha's Slavery Proclamation. London, February 20. Gordon Pasha's proclamation stating that the slave trade will bo permitted in the Scudan is confirmed. The press throughout Europe oxpresses the greatest indignation at his announcement, and the "Standard" insists that the English Cabinet must at once disown General Gordon's action in the matter.
