There wero several bidders, the highest being £1,200, which was passed, that amount »ot being up to reserve. Thcro was no bidding for the allotments. of bush land at Whakapirau and Otongo. Tho whole of tho cases of Sydney fruits wore sold at satisfactory prices. Mestrs B. Tonks and Co. will offer the cargo of Mauritius sugar (230 tons) on [Tuesday next, and the Romuera an* other properties on the following day.
