DLhNHBIM, this day. At tho R.M. Court, Havelock, yesterday, Moses Fear, publican, Wm. Bignold, barman, Mr McNab, solicitor, and Dr McDonagh wero charged with administering Croton oil to an informant named Horton. The affair is said to havo arisen out of a practical joko, but tho Bench committed all four defendants for trial at next sittings of tho Supremo Court.
