Sm,—l know the St. Andrew's people too well to supposo that the silly lettor in your issue of yesterday at all represents them. They had their little joke at my oxpense, and they are far too wise to get angry at haying it thrown back by me in the samo spirit of good nature in which, I am sure, the original joke was givon.—l am, &c, Samuel Vailu.
