Two smart shocks of earthquake were experienced hero yesterday evening. The first occurred at 7.15, and the second at 7.23.
Shooting Accident.
Mr Blackwell, master of Starborough School, had his left thumb completely blown oil'on Wednesday, owing to the explosion of his gun while he was glass ball shooting.

Committal for Forgery
At the Resideet Magistrate's Court to-day [Robert Heller one of the promoters of the " Old Englisho Fayro" here some time ago was committed for trial on several charges of forgery. JJo was arrested in Sydney.
