(Before His Honor Judgo Macdonald.) Wm. McAETnuK & Co. v. Jno. R. Huxtable, —Mr Theo. Cooper for plaintifls.—This was a claim of £21 2s 2d, balance of account for goods sold and delivered.—Judgment for plaintiffij; costs, &i lls. L. D. Natiian & Co. v. H. Haisk.—Claim, 5100 8310 d.—Mr Dufaurforplaintiffs.—This oaso ■was adjourned for a fortnight. Jas. Barboub v. CnAS CLARK.~Mr Alexander for pUjntiff, and Mr Tyler for defendant. -In this action the plaintiff claimed /SOO 69, balance of work done. The particulars havo already appeared.-Mr Alexander said this oaso had boon submitted to arbitration, but tho result had not been'satisfactory, and it was determined to submit the oaso to a second arbitration. Tho award would bo brought up on tho next Court day. Jonv R. RAnoerson v. Fred. Swikdley. —Mr S. Heskoth (for Mr Thorno) for plaintiff, and Mr Browning for defendant.—Plaintiff in this instance claimed tho mm of £13 5a Id ono dishonoured o>cquo. Tho case aroso out of tho purchase of certain mining shares which did not turn oat according to tho expectations of Captain Swindlcy, consequently ho objected to part with his money.—His Honor said he had looked into the ciisos submitted by counsel, but found nothing to ail'ect his former opinion. Plaintiff must ihoreforo bo nonsuited.—Costs. £16 6a. Several other cases wcro arranged out of Court; othora woro adjournid. 1 his was all tho business.
