THE PERJURY CASE.

AT the Supreme Court to-day, Mr Hudson Williamson, Crown Prosecutor, stated to the Bench tbat there was still one case of gaol delivery, viz, that of Thomas Gorman, who was committed for trial " at the present epssions," on a charge of perjury, on Tuesday last. Judge Gillies said that as the committal had not taken place till after the first day of tbe sessions, accused would bavo to await bis trial at the' next sessions. Mr Tbeo. Cooper, who appeared for the accused, applied that the bail be renewed in the same amount as previously fixed. Tho Crown Proßecusor oner> ing no objection, this was assented to by His Honor.
