Evening Star Offloe, Thursday. K. and A. Isaacs hold yesterday an extensive sole of city property. The attendance was very large, and tho bidding exceedingly spirited. Messrs HuU Bros', freohold stores, QaeenBtreot, brought £LCOO, and tholr bonded stores £2 600. The allotments in Rutland-street, realizod from i"2. to £30 per annnm; the allotments near tho dock from £21 to «20 per toot per annnm. Mr R. Arthur yesterday offered tho leasehold property at tho oornor ot Que»n and Darbystreota, known as Dornwell'a property, tor sale by auction. The property has a long term to rnn at an annual ground rent uf £121. The highest bid was £5300, but as this was bolow the reserve prion the property was withdrawn. The bidding for the Albert Hr.ll roaohed £1000, and was with the f armor reserved for private Meatmen t.

The greater part brought from 3d to 3*5-., but a choice lot roallaod 13d tho lb. Sheepskins wore __o in full numbers. Prices ranged from 5d to 2s Id eaoh; wool.O-Jd to 7Jd the lb.-At Drury on Wednesday, there was a good mustor of stock of all descriptions—cattle, sheep, and horses. There was itcady bidding throughout the sale at fully lato valnea, and all brought forward sold.
