The allotments in Rutland-street, realizod from i"2. to £30 per annnm; the allotments near tho dock from £21 to «20 per toot per annnm. Mr R. Arthur yesterday offered tho leasehold property at tho oornor ot Que»n and Darbystreota, known as Dornwell'a property, tor sale by auction. The property has a long term to rnn at an annual ground rent uf £121. The highest bid was £5300, but as this was bolow the reserve prion the property was withdrawn. The bidding for the Albert Hr.ll roaohed £1000, and was with the f armor reserved for private Meatmen t.
