All vessels entering Bhall enter on their gross tonnage and registered rig. A time-allowance of twelve seconds to the ton will be made." The couTses.for the various events were slightly altered^- irho vessels entering for the Champifffi Race, large schooners and large cutters, go around Tiritiri as before, while the other contests will take place within the harbour, none going further than Rangitoto Reef.
