Kamo Races.

By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent WHANGAREI, Tuesday.

Maiden Plate.—Penrose, 1; Stella, 2; Cock Robin, 3. Stranger and Lurline dso ran, but t'.\c race from first to last was a Rift to Ponroao, who won hands down, Stella just managing to hold second place. PONY Race.—Little Nell, 1; Magnet, 2 ; Maseppa, 3. The others nowhere. This waa a complete gift to Littlo Nell, no others having any chance from the start. Cup Handicap.—Penroso, lj Nor M, 2; Bundarra, 3. As in the first race Fsnroso led from the first hard held and won as he liked, N or M taking second place, Bundarra with a bad third. The rest wi:re nowhere. This was a fast race, the gallant chestnut disdaining all competitors. Nor M was the only one worth mentioning beside him.

HACK Hurdle Rack —Now Chum, 1; Minnie, 2; Natito, 3. This was an easy victory for the gallant old horso who, though out of form, ran bravely and won a good race most cleverly. Over tho Hills and Grey Momus falling completely destroying their chance, The iidets luckily escaped with a few bruises.

Settlers' Platk.—Deceiver, 1; Swsrraton, 2. Deceiver, although in vory poor form, won tnis race splendidly, making the pace from the start. Handicap Hurdlf Race. — Harry Mount, 1; Don Carlos, 2, Nor M fell at the third hurdle ami lost his chance in the race. It was his to a certainty. This wxs a hard race between the Mount and Carlos, and was only won in the straight by a couple of lengths. Consolation Handicap Hurdle.— Harold, 1; NorM, 2; Bundnrra, 3. This was a closely contested race, but the heavy weight N or M was subjected to against a fresh horse cost her the race by two lengths.
