The investigations of the City Building Surveyor into the construction of the Sydney Town Hall, have resulted in fresh disclosures. Ho has now discovorcd that the plastering is of a very inferior quality, and not in accordance with the specifications, Tho City Council have the matter under consideration, and contemplate instituting legal proceedings aguiust the coutiactor,
