NEW PLYMOUT H, this day, The anniversary races Commence at one o'clock. The town is full of people, and weather gloriously line. There are any amount of amusements here—a ball, a bazaar, aud Hart's "Happy Hours," philharmonic concert, etc. Thirty horso. have turned up for the races. The hotels and boarding bouses are full of visitors.
