In the Legislative Assembly, Dr. L. L; Smith, member for Richmond has proposed a want-of-confidence motion in the present Ministry. All sections of the House disclaimed having been consulted on the motion;
Sir Bryan O'Loghlen has crossed over to' the Opposition.
