Ooplos of Prospectus and forms of AppH•catlon for Bliarea can bo obtained from tho Urokere, Provisional Directors, or from any of tho Branches of tho BanU of New Zealand iv this Colony, until tho 15th d»y of December, 1880, at which date all applications must bo in iliehtindß of tho Brokora, when tho list will positively bo closed aad bharcs allotted. Specimens of Cußwell Sound Marble can bo seen at any of tho Museums in Now Zealand; the Chamber of Commerce, Wellington; or on application to any of the Officers of the CoinIn introducing this cllglMo Investment to tho notice of tho pubUV, iho promoters desiro to state that the Company's rights comprise the boßt, most available, extensive, and porhap3 most valuable Marble deposits in the known world, atall oventsinthoSouthornHeiiiisphere. This la sufficiently proved by Caswell tiound Marblo securing tho first prize at tho late Sydney Exhibition against Italian Statuary and other valuablo varieties. They also wkh to dwell upon its known certainty and nonspoculativo character, too ultimate success of this venture being now well established. Ihe lowest quotation for this Marlilo is 123 per foot, and ranges up to £5, Lirgor blocks, are, however, much moro valuablo, some pure White Ststuaiy, without flaws, realising as much as £20,000 Bterllni? in Kurope. Tht) ordinary price for a block suitable for a lifo-size hu ian statue boing about £1000. I The present cost of producing thia Marble by manual labor only is about 2s per cubic foot, f.o.b. These figures may appear incrodiblo, bin they aro nevertheless absolutely correct. This, taking tho cost of production as stated nnd the very lowest wholesale quotation at 123 por foot, gives the apparently fabulous minimum rate of 500 por cont. profit. It is therefore no visionary mattor, as these are lend ing commercial lines nnd tho values well luunyn, the facilities of production, shipment, high quality of produor, giving a vast advantage over any like property in the world. We will also venturo to predict lhat the value of the Company's hares will ncreaso at ieaat 303 por cent, within twelve|momhs of iesuo. Referring to consumption o£ these commodities it is also enormous. Tho consumption of Marblo, Portland Cement, and Limo, in tho Australian Colonies, alone during tho last twelve months has been £2,872,600 sterling, and rapidly increasing. Caswell Hound is a commodious and safe hatbor tor tho largest vossela in all weathers, tho works of the Company boing situated at tho water's edno. The Government of this colony has also promised to favourably consider special grants in concessions in aid as soon as tho Company Is sudcessfully floated. For farther particulars ro other minerals fonnd at the Sound, copper, coal, gold, &c, also tho manufacture of hydraulic cement, lim-, &c., together with scioetiflc, professional, Government, and other reports, with details of the objects and intentions of the Company, we refer «o the Prospectus, wnioh can bo obtained upon application to any of the officers of tho Company or from Company's!
