Messrs. Coohrane and Son sold the following prouerty at their Mart, Fort-street:—Waikomiti, allotment 61, containing; 40 acres, Ss per acre. Waikomiti, allotment 83, containing 86 acres, 2a Bd per acre. Papakura. allotment 2, section 6, containing 6J acres, £3 Is per acre. wade. aUotraent 30, fronting the Weiti River, containing 12 acres, opposite Mr Thorburn's, 17s per acre. Maungatawhirl. allotment 51, containing 172 acres 3 roods, £259 3s 6d.< Mr B. C. Greenwood offered a large number of allotments for sale, but tho majority were passed, the bidding generally being lon. The following were sold:—so acres of land at Taupiri, near the Hnntlcy coal mine, £55 ; allotment in Qneen-streot, Onehunsra, 33 x 95, £& 103; landnurlpt to the value of £125, at 10s 6d in the pound.
