A SOMEWHATseriousaccidentoccurredabout five o'clock yesterday afternoon to Mr Hoag, landlord of the Raglan Hotel, Papatoitoi. That gentleman had been iv town making some purchases, and was driving homo again, when he somehow or other managed lo fall out of the trap, and the wheel passing over his "leg broke it. This occurred in the neighbourhoo 1 of Symouds-strcet. Luckily Dr Philsoi happened to be pacing at the time, and at once came to the rescue. Mr Hoag's leg was temporarily dressed, and he was then conveyed to the Hospital.
