Tuesday. Among the reports labelled was one on the petitiou of Te. Oneone ro the Kinross case, Hawke's Bay. The report recommends that the Council aud all its officers appear nnd give evidence in future action regarding the case, or the Council itself institute proceedings against Mr Kinross. A debate ensued uutil the hour of adjournment.'
