AUCKLAND AMATEUR ATHLETIC CLUB.

A sriCClAIi meeting of the above club took place last evening at the, Thames Hotel. Mr Henderson was in the chair, and there was a good number of members present. On the consideration of the term "amateur" it was decided that au entrance-fee of 10s 6d should be paid besides the annual subscription of 10s 6d. Rule 11 was supplemented by a provision which precludes members contesting against a professional or for any monetary prize.
