Servia.
The Skuptschina hesitate to take up the Jewish Emancipation question, and the Powers intend to bring a pressure on the Servian Cabinet with a view to a speedy solution of the problem. An envoy, named Boresell, has gone to the Powers to protest against emancipation.
An effort will be made to obtain a concession for the construction of Servian railways. Austria threatens to occupy the Principality and construct railways by force if Servia will riot yield to her proposals. The establishment of a Servian Consular at New York has been provisionally allowed by the U. S. Government.
