BUCKLAND HaS been instructed to sell by auction, on Thursday, O^ober 30, at tho Hamilton Hall, Hamilton East, About 200 LOTS in tho above-named Township; Waihou is beautifully situated on the main road from Waikato to the Thames where the Lower Waitoa Koad joins, and the proposed new road from Taurunga will also junction at this point. It is surrounded on threo sides by the _roha Block, with the beautiful mountains of that Damn rising in front, and the great Valley of the Thames stretching to the right and left. To the north may bo seen Tararu Point away in tho distance, nnd towards tho south the level plains lie extended further than the eye can reach. The railway line, as adopted by tho District Engineer, is lcs3 than five minutes' walk from Missen's Botel, in the centre of tho township. All who havo visited the district believe that a. groat future is before it on account of the great extent of level land, tho superior advantages of its situation, iti accessibility by a navigable river, aud the anticipated early construction of thoThDmes-Waikato Railway. Tho township being surrounded by the Aroha Block, which is olieady surveyed into small farms, it must, being tho only suitablo Bite, become at an early date of immense value. This is an opportunity for investment such as seldom offers, being the first township surveyed and offered for sale in the Thames valley. The auctioneer need not reminu tho public of the extraordinary increase in the value of property in the Waikato townships in tho pastfowyears, and tho increase in tho valuo of the land now offered is liaely to be of unexampled rapidity. The terms of salo will bo one-third cash; balance by promissory no'cs of equal amountat 3, 6, and 9 months. Title under " The Land Transfer Act," which will bo given without delay to those who chooso to pay cash clear of legal expenses, and to parties taking terms upon payment of tho last note.
