The undermentioned changes of time for despatch and receipt of mails for places in Kaipara districts will take placo from this date :—
Mails for Toka Toka and offices on the Wairoa river will close on Tuesdays at 6 a.m. and Wednesdays at 2.15 p.m. Return mails will be received on Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and on Saturdays at 11 a.m.
Mails for Batley. Point Curtis, Pahi, Paparoa, and Matakoho will closo on Mondays at 2.15 p.m. Keturn mails will be received on W edneedays at 6 p.m.
Mails for Batley, Port Albert, and Wellsford will close on Wednesdays at 2.15 p.m. Return mails will bo received on Saturdays at 11 a.m. S. B. BISS. Chief Postmaster
