Later new* from tho Cape states that Sir Garnet Wolselcy in an interview with tho principal chiefs declared that Zululaud was in a hopeless condition under an independent chief, and that tho non^captiire of Cetewayo was the only obstacle to the conclusion of peace. A meeting has been held at Dublin of Home Rulers, when a resolution was adopted to found a conTention of 300 delegates, who fiholuld constitute an unofficial Irish Parliament Fraudulent Bank Directors. LONDON. September 12. The directors of the West of England Bank have been committed for trial for the publication of balances with fictitious statements.
