The Rebellion at Cabul. LONDON.
September 13. The rebellion in Afghanistan is spreading amongst the tribes. The advance of the British troops is delayed. General Roberts telegraphs that he doubts the possibility of the troops making a dash at Cabul. Cetewayo Still at Large. LONDON. September 13. Cetewaj'o is still at huge, notwithstanding his oll'er to surrender, but a British expedition is preparing to pursue him.
