New Bar. —Mr S. Hosketh applied on behalf of Mr Hantley for a new bar to the Auckland Hotel opening into High-street. Application granted, the applicant to pay the additional fee.
Transfers. — Applications were then made for the following transfers :—Charles Bush, Old House at Home, to Henry Hoag. The Bench said there had been a conviction against Mr Hoag. Deferred.—Ann Daffey, relict of Henry Daffey, Robert Burns, to Ann Daffey. Granted.—James Dempsey, Shamrock, to Wm. White. — Albert E. Glover, Black Bull, to James Conlon.— Catherine Iliggins, Rob Roy, to James Sinclair.—Thomas Higgins, Globe, to Josephine Mouratt.— Denis Markham, Naval, to Francis O'Dowd. —F. F. McCormick, Queen's Head, to Ellen Moller. The Bench remarked upon several convictions against Mr McCormick, and hoped Mrs Mollor would be more successful.—Ellen Mollor, Scotia, to Mary Coyle. — Annie Parker, Swan, to Samuel Vivian.—Henry E. Riley, Alexandra, to J. Davidson. — William Stanford, York, to Walter Davidson. — Charles Sutton, Captain Cook, to William D. Dallen.—Mr Lodge said that in
