Mr McMinn addressed the electors of this district, Mr James Lindsay in the chair. The candidate's speech was merely a reiteration of his previous speeches. He would amend the compulsory clause of the Education Act, and would not pledge himself to follow any leader. A vote of uo-con-fidence followed, and the meeting dispersed.
