WADE PUHOI STEAM BOAT COMPANY.
At a meeting of the Wade and Puhoi Steam Baat Company, held at 2 o'clock this afternoon, Mr H. F. Anderson in the chair, three-fourths of the shareholders [bcingrepresented in person or by proxy. The statement of accounts showed a balance to credit of £18 15s 7d. In the course of the discussion it was stated that as the company was so heavily handicapped with the interest on the purchase money of the vessel, &c, it would not be wise to continue the business.
