• ' Excitement in Court

. CAMBRIDGE, this day, 2.30 p.m. There is great excitement here. After the Court opened Te Ngakau wanted the Okauhi block postponed. The judge refused. Ngakau said he would not allow the Court to proceed, and threatened the judge. ■tag Afterwards Ihe Court adjourned till.2p.ni. In the meantime a meeting took place outside the Court, and an adjournment for dinner.

At 2 o'clock the Court opened and the business is now proceeding, and TeNgakau is in Court, very quiet and orderly.
