MR JAMES MACKAY'S CREDITORS.
AT si meeting of Mr James Mnckay's creditors to-day iv Mr Tothill's oilicc, Mr Morrin reported that all tlw money due to Mr Mackay from the Government, viz., £1,050 had been paid to him. He had telegraphed to Mr Mackay who had replied that ho should shortly be in Auckland. There were £749 in the hands of M»' Theophilis Kissling, aud it was for creditors to say what was to be done with it. The Guvernment had refused to recognise the trustees, aud would pay money due to Mr Mackay only to him. The meeting was proceeding as went to press, '
