DUNEDIN, this day. THE KELLY AND LEON TKOUBLE. A theatrical row is now on. Kelly and Leon advertise that they are not the property of Hayman and Hiscock, as might be implied from the form of the advertisement adopted. They state that the troupe were engaged by Hayman for a year to pefrorm in the Australian t 'colonies, Kelly and Leon nightly to receive half of the gross receipts, and for eleven months the title of the Company was not interfered with. Since he has been in Dunedin, however, Hayman and Hiscock, unwarrantably sought to incorporate their names with that of the troupe. Hiscock and Hayman reply, asserting that they are sole proprietors and managers, and that Kelly and Leon are no partners in the concern.
