Hart, of > Melbourne, in the Supreme Court of Victoria, restraining Mr Hart from offering, or exposing for sale, or selling any of his Schnapps in bottles similar to those used by Mr Wolfe, or only colorably differing therefrom, or In packages or parcels similarly got up, or with labels colorably imitated, and that it is Mr Wolfe's intention to proceed against all persons making or using such iraitationa in this colony; and, further, take notice thereof to forthwith desist from making sale, or disposing of, or offering, or exposing for sale any imitation of Mr Wolfe's manufacture, the production of Mr Hart, or of any other person, as you will answer the same at your proper peril.
