(Before F. D. Fen ton, Esq., District Judge.) Golden Arrow Gold Mining Company.— Mr Alexander applied for a confirmation of the appointment of Mr Wickham a liquidator. Mr McKechnie appeared for the petitioning creditor, and opposed the appointment, pnttigg in two affidavits.
