Query.—The Oceanic^vas an iron|steamer of 2350 tons. She was built by Harland at Belfast in 1871, and sailed under tho flag of the Ocean Steam Navigation Company. R.G.—No date has been fixed for the opening of the dock. SnoRTEST Day.—Two or three days about the 22nd are of about equal length. The sun enters Cancer on the 22nd June, which makes the turn of the season. In leap year, owing to the day added to February, this period of the sun's course is reached on the 21st.
