TOOKEY TRIBUTE GOLDMINING COMPANY.
.An extraordinary meeting of the Tookey Tribute Goldmining Company was held this afternoon, six gentlemen being present. Mr W. H. Kissling occupied the chair. The chairman stated that the Company had • been formed to work a Tribute on the Tookey ' Company's ground. The Company desired to extend its operations to the Imperial Crown ftoldmining Company, a portion of the ground , of which had been leased for three years. By the Memorandum of Association this Company has not power to work outside the boundary of the Tookey mine. It is proposed formally to dissolve the present Tookey Tribute Company and. form another under the same name, with the same amount cf capital, the same number of shares of the same value; the only difference being that power shall be taken • under the Memorandum of Association to permit the Company to take over and work tha lease granted by the Imperial Crown Company or similar leases. It was moved by the chairman, seconded, by Mr White, and carried. " That the Company be . ■wound up voluntarily." Carried unanimous'y,
Mr John E. Srodart was appointed liquidator. The meeting then terminated with a vote of thanks to the chairman.
