Mr Harrison Ord, of Melbourne, delivered a simple, but instructive, address to children this afternoon in the Theatre, on the three first letters of the alphabet—A. all who have Binnea ; n. oerioiu trie iamo i *j. come unto me. These subjects formed the basis of Mr Ord's discourse. Several of Moody and Sankey's hymn, were sung by the choir and children, and at the close of the address, it was announced that Mr Ord will deliver aii address to-morrow afternoon in the Christian Young Men's Rooms. We have received the following : Sir, — Let God be true, but the Rev. F. W. Farrar, D.D. Canon of Westminster, Henry Ward Beecher, of New York, and the writer, — Liars. See Romans iii, 3 and 4. [We are exceedingly sorry that our correspondent should have included himself in the same charitable category in which he places the two eminent divines. It is not, however, for us to dispute our correspondent's description of his own character. He must be the best judge.—Ed E.S.]
