Mr R. Arthur held a clearing-out sale of sewing machines to-day, the property of Messrs Baird. Binney held a produce~sale today at the Corn Exchange. Sydney maize averaged 4s 5d to 43 7d ; barley. 33 Id; hams and bacon, 7d to 7|d ; and Hawkin's tart fruitß, Bd.
