INTERPROVINCIAL FOOTBALL.
The meeting called for last evening at the Thames Hotel to make arrangements for the forthcoming visit of the Canterbury Football Team, duly came off snd was exceedingly attended._^T_omM Henderson. Clark, *ith power to add to their number was constituted for the purpose of raising subscriptions and making arrangements connected with the recept on of the team. Mr Burgess in moving the formation of this committee, paid a graceful compliment te-the Canterbury men for their hospitality on the occasion of the Auckland team's visit to CMlatchurch last year, and expressed a hope, that every care would he/taken,
