ADDRESS BY G. M. O'RORKE.

Mr G. M. O'Eorke according to announcement in the papers met his constituency in the Choral Hall, Onehunga, last night, and addressed them at considerable length on the political topics of the day. The hall was very well filled, and he was attentively listened, to throughout. Mr j. D. Jackson tho chairman of tho District Board occupied the chair. Mr O'JRorke who is the only candidate in the field up to the present time for Onehunga, is likely to have a walk over. A vote of entire confidence in him was moved by G. Codlhi, and seconded by Mr T. Armstrong, which was unanimously carried by tho meeting. The day of nomination for Onehunga is tomorrow (Wednesday) at noon, at the Court House.
