CHURCH OF ENGLAND.

The annual distribution of prizes in connection with the Church of England Grammar School took place yesterday, and was presided over by tbe Bishop of Auckland until he was compelled to retire to keep other engagements, when the Yen. Archdeacon Maunsell took the chair. The prize list was as follows :— '
