Two cases were called on to-day^at the District Court, namely, Murphy v. O Neill, in which his Honor reserved judgment, which will be given on Tuesday next; also, the case, Fargie v. Levy, which was adjourned until next Court day. There are thirty-five cases set down for hearing in the Resident Magistrate's Court to-morrow, after which the Court will be closed until the 3rd ot January next.
