(From Our Own Correspondent.) This day, Great indignation is felt here at the Pretty Jane being detained here till this evening, she laving the outward En£>li»h mail on board, which will not reach Auckland in time.
The local journals advocate the Auckland Steam Packet Company issuing tickets at tingle fares during Christmas holidays. Dissatiafaction is expressed at inadequate medical attendance here. Patients are sent to Napier and Auckland.
