It is stite*' thtit; lar^e quantities of cargo are on-Baien ar.d Clark's Islands, but nearly all that came ashore on Preservation Island has been completely, smashed on the rocks. The crew <ould not communicate with the ship after Wednesday night until the following Mo day. They then pulled over, and found only floating wreck visible on the sutface, hut could see the hull and a pirtion of the cargo was apparently lying ia between deck 3.
