WELLINGTON.
(From our own Correspondent.) This day. Poor Teddy Wakefield Mr Wakefield, M.H. R., was fined again to-day for drunkenness and obscene language. It is reported that the General Government will not allow the Provincial Government to repay advances made to it under Advances to Provinces Act, as resolved on by Council.
