GRAHAMSTOWN.
(From our own Correspondent.) This day, Mr. Vogel's Ministry Doomed.
Mr Vogel's detention has caused much speculation as to the fate of the Ministry. The Advertiser declares it will not live a week affcer the opening of the session, and saya a choice will have to be made between Stafford and Grey. It thinks if Stafford will come down with a local self-Government scheme, and a proposal to abolish the provinces, he will not have much difficulty in carrying the country, and disposing of Sir George Grey's claims. It asks if there is any probability of Sir George Grey modifying his views, so that the two may form a strong Ministry. Good TemplarsThe Good Templars are about to erect a hall for themselves. They have secured a building and section. The Roll. There are about 800 objections to voters on the Thames roll. A few has been made for political purposes. The new roll will contain over 3000 voters.
