PARIS.
January 6. The grand Opera House, Paris, opened yesterday.
The Lord Mayor of LondoD, with the Sheriff, in the English state carriage, and wearing their robes of office, were received with greatest honors by President McMahon, at the Palace Elysees. January 7. In his message to the Assembly McMahon asked the members to vote a first and second Chamber Bill. The Assembly, after a discussion, rejected the proposal, by a majority of 420 against 250. The Ministiy wiil resign.
