THE HYDASPES. — ANOTHER CASE OF FEVER

We are sorry to learn that another case of fever has broken out at the quarantine station. The sufferer is one of Slyfield's children (the immigrant who was recently pronounced convalescent from the same disease.) This untoward event will necessitate the detention of the immigrants for another period. It was intended to remove the single men and women immediately, but in the face of further evidence that the disease has not been stamped out, we fear the authorities will have no alternative but to keep them until this new developement of the disease is eradicated.
