Auckland Branch Omasa: 25 QUKEN-STREET. ANDREW G. MILLAR, Local Mana ex. y~~o~~~T i~~ c p. TO OWNEP.S AND OCCUPIERS OP DAMP BRICK OR STONE BUILDINGS. RANSOMT/S PROCESS FOR PRESERVING STONE, BRICB.S, STUCCO, Ac , 4c. Many processes hive from time to time been suggested for fillirt? up the pores of the material, and thus preventing the admission of damp. These processes h-ive entirtlv involved the use of Oil, &c, which although apparently possessing for v time certain preservative properties, become decomposed on exposure, and consequently require to be , renewed. . If in place of these temporary processes a plan can be adopted by which an indestmctible mineral can be made to supply the defects of Nature, itis evident that a great advantage 5s at once gained. In Ransome's process thid is accomplished, and by the application of two or more separate solutions, which upon coming in'o contact mutually decompose each other, an ins-lnV.e and indestructible SILKtAIJS OF LIME is pronucc-d in the structure and upon the surface of the building It thus renders the softest and most fxiable of Nature's products impervious and enduring. Experience has shown that where once applied it is imposs We to remove it. This process is applicable to buildings composed of Brick, Concrete or Stucco, *c, rendering them able to resist the weather, and to exclude damp. When on"c properly apulied the permanent nature ot the products renders repe'ition unnecessary. I, the undersigned, Sole As?ent for Auckland for the above solutions, is prepared to receive orders and give all necessary informfttion as to cost, &c. Hundreds of testimonials as to efficacy, &c.
